Looking to trade stocks, commodities, or forex in a step-by-step manner? Look no further than the Step Grid! This nifty tool allows you to trade stocks, commodities, and forex in a simple and easy-to-follow grid format. Simply select the asset you wish to trade, enter the price at which you would like to start trading, and then move the cursor along the grid until you reach the price at which you would like to end your session. If you want to exit early, simply click on the “X” in the top right corner of each row. The Step Grid is great for beginners who are new to trading or for those who just want an easier way to follow a specific strategy.
Forex Trading Result Step Grid 4 on MT4
This is the fourth step grid in our forex trading tutorial on MT4. In this step grid, we will focus on how to enter and exit trades using the SL and TP buttons.
1. When you are ready to place a trade, select the SL button on your main toolbar. This will open up the SL entry grid.
2. Enter the amount of currency you want to trade with and select the contract size (in pips) that you would like to use for your trade.
3. Click on the buy button (green arrow) to initiate your trade.
4. As soon as you have entered all of the information correctly, hit the TP button (red arrow) to close out your position.
